The Goldstein Partnership has designed and planned Hudson River Studios, a 22-acre television and movie studio complex, proposed for the Peninsula at Bayonne Harbor. The plan includes the largest sound stage east of Los Angeles. Hudson River Studios, LLC, hope to build a 390,000 square foot complex containing seven sound stages, post-production facilities, screening facilities, Back Lot, offices, set construction shops, and a commissary. The proposal is currently under consideration by the Bayonne Local Redevelopment Authority.
