	"In the late 1990s, we retained another Architectural firm to design a new 85,000 sq. ft. building to support the needs and programs of our 6,000-member congregation. When the building’s construction was roughly half-complete, serious problems with its design, construction, and construction administration became apparent. Our attorneys had watched Eli Goldstein take over, correct and complete another similarly troubled project, and recommended that we call him to assist with ours. In the Winter of 2001, we replaced the original architectural firm with The Goldstein Partnership and they became the Architect-of-Record. Under Eli Goldstein’s leadership the complex and multiple “surgical” processes required to correct errors and defects took place. In doing so he oversaw the design and administration of our $15 Million repair and completion project. In addition, Eli and his firm provided the Expert services that were instrumental in our recovery of millions of dollars from the original designers and builder. I wish we had hired him in the first place."
